Not sure why you bought them if thats what you think the directors are doing.
The reason for the consolidation is in the release and it seems perfectly reasonable to me.
Voting no will not rerate these shares, it will just take them lower IMO. The spot price of U is back to near 40 US and they needed to reposition the company, they are trying to do that.
As there are 650 millon shares in this minnow consolidation in todays climate is overdue.
