I think we need to work together to get support from many holders fo a NO vote for the consolidation.

The other resolutions should be finez!

Even given free optios shares to the new director to make him work hard could be alright it is just an advance incentive. I do not really agree 100% with that but I will not go against it.

But again consolidation is not needed and will not bring any benefits.
If consolidation goes ahead we will see our portfolios value going down more and more.
we may see WMT share price again at 4 cents few months after consolidation....and then you remember this post and those from whom are against consolidation,
