Thirteen different people have posted one or more messages to this thread which express anti-consolidation sentiment. Only one person has posted pro-consolidation sentiment, (by way of asking why), to be answered nine times with valid points which appear to go largely un-noticed. MT, without doubt you are entitled to any opinion you choose, and thirteen people on this thread differ with you on opinion. Does this mean you are a contrarian? In answer to your remark/question about directors making their options (almost) worthless, the options already are. The question that arises out of this is does someone want to drive the share price down?

Anyway, for the record, I passed on my entire WMT holdings to someone else today and I hope they vote NO when the time comes, for the benefit of the 13 who posted their anti-consolidation sentiment in this thread, and for the general benefit of the other shareholders.
