There are 650 million shares in issue and the '13' you refer to may between them probobly only own less than .1 of a percent of the shares. Given there are few major shareholders that is probably quite right. So your 13 are far from a major voice, in fact more like a mouse squeak.
I am not blindly in favour of a consolidation I just dont think its that relevant. I personally think the main objection is some PI's obsession with numbers. They see 100,000 shares down to 10k as some kind of dilution which is rubbish.
U exploration is a poor investment and you cannot shake that, WMT are looking to change the focus using their cash position, easier option would be to moan like most of the 13.
I hope the company succeeds, one thing is certain the 13 will not influence the vote.
