If consolidation goes ahead , share price will collapse. shareholders know it and management know it. Ask yourselves why if management are aware of this why do they want to proceed. Mainly because the sp is of no concern to them. 18mil will not get anything up and running. 62mil will give them a better base to go cap in hand to market again, this time after the sp settles at maybe 20cents they can get a truck load more at 20cents. These guy's have comfortable well paid jobs funded by , guess who? The sp is irrelevant to them.
