Hi Frankhope! Could Galaxy have been considered as an acquisition/takeover target by WES, if the SDV/JPM process, had not been ongoing for so long?

There may have been a method to management’s madness, in anticipating possible takeover attempts, and taking steps to ensure that they didn’t happen?

So, WES takes off down the road, and makes an offer to KDR; keeping in mind, that there could be counter offers in the works. It does seem like a rather low ball offer to me, as I was thinking offers upward of $2.

For these reasons, I’ll hold on to my Galaxy shares, to see what develops in relation to KDR,other companies in the sector, and the exciting options which may emerge for Galaxy.
