KDR had questions about financing - GXY has no such urgency. They can sit on their hands for two years if they want and do absolutely nothing - just run MtC for a bit to keep the lights on and accumulate some extra cash, and slowly tinker with SDV. JB wont move for at least a year now anyway - because that's how long the Candian Gov takes for the current stage - so there is absolutely no urgency.
