Although Lynas has so far spurned Wesfarmers’ advances, Lifton believes the giant offers it's best chance of survival. “Wesfarmers would have the money and the time to deal with it,” he says. “A $38-billion company can spend a year fixing problems and stay in business. If Lynas were shut down for a year, I think that would be the end of it.”

I respectably disagree with Jack Lifton once again, it was at an RE convention in Toronto five or six years ago that Jack told me personally that he thought Lynas would be out of business in less than a year.  Obviously he was wrong and it appears that Jack is still seriously underestimating the tenacity and prowess of our leader...  JMHO...
