The problem for WES is they have now ventilated many of the issues around LYC and the Malaysian government. The Malaysians seem content to let LYC build a cracking facility in WA, and continue to operate the LAMP while that is being built, with the knowledge that any waste generated before the facility in WA is complete will likely remain in Malaysia.
It's going to be harder to get a low-ball offer over the line as everything becomes clearer.
