IMO, Lynas should litigate in Malaysia as well as the International Courts if for no other reason than to document the very clear violation of both business ethics and the law. IMO, Malaysia, being dependent on income from Samurai bonds, will allow Lynas to operate the separation process at The LAMP until it becomes obsolete and closes down. Moving the C & L stage is just the first step in relocating all operations outside of Malaysia. Income from Samurai bonds should allow sufficient time to relocate C & L without any interruption of RE supply to Japan and other customers.
