It was only a matter of time. I feel sorry for the shareholders. They have been totally duped by management and the reporting of the balance sheet.

Thats right folks, management told you a big lie over:

- their property valuations

- outlook for occupancy rates

- gearing

- loan covemants

And guess what, the sell side analysts were in on it..they went along with the lies..because the gravy was too good.

Oh no..I afraid to say there will be no acquisitions for WDC..they are not "conservatively geared ready to pounce."

An now existing holders are going to pay..
