this is a very minor dividend cut, property long term investment. They are only lossess if Westfield sells at they cap rates. One day cap rate will again improve. Just keep taking these dividends. 30-40% gearing is conservative, there will be oppportunites open to Westfield particulary in markets where they would have loved to get into over the last decade but havent been able to ie Japan
