    Assume cap rates in the 7's across the board Occupancy at 85% and the existing debt ratio of 47%.


    I guess we should factor in yet another capital raise..They will be wishing to enact that very quickly I suspect. Probably on their annoucement of the results dur Feburary.

    And to think we were all spruiked about the health of this company and the "opportunity for them to make acquistions"

    lol. It was all BS.
