So we are looking at an exchange rate valuation loss as last annual report the rate would have been .84 and this report .96?

But since the exchange rate is back to .86 this information is already completely inaccurate (and hopefully not be reported in the press as a huge loss).

Westfields have said that their property valuations across the board have gone up, but then said with exchange rate fallen 5%. Hopefully Centro will state this clearly as well.

Interesting to note Westfields occupancy in the US is also in the low 90's (92.8%).
