Victorian Premier Daniel Andrews is "sick and tired" of an ongoing dispute between tolling giant Transurban and builders of the West Gate Tunnel project, which is causing delays and cost blowouts.

CIMIC and John Holland have argued their contract is invalid because of the discovery of the soil. They are in mediation with Transurban.

Transurban said it has already given the builders more money and is funding Hi-Quality in Bulla to build a facility to handle the contaminated soil. The facility is expected to be completed later this year.

She said a "rigorous planning and environmental assessment process" was done before construction started, which identified "all of these issues to do with soil and soil disposal".

"So these were issues and Transurban and their builders should have resolved much earlier," Ms Allan said.

You are looking rather silly with your anti everything Andrews posts. As I've said previously, as the leader, you need to campaign out on the streets rather than HC.
