Teh court case can only be a psotive they won their otehr related court cases years ago. Eitehr they win and get say 6 mill or they loose and at worse get soem court costs aginst them.
I am pretty well certain that the upcoming drill results on the zinc/gold propect will be pretty good because they have already flagged the mineralsation in the drill core in the previous announcments even they do not have the assay results yet.
I'm impressed with the comptence of their drill targeting - what they say they are after they find and it's where they expect it to be. They have a high number of drill targets out there so medium to longer term they may have sewn up some really good ground. Cashed up so the downside is limited.
