    WGR were buying on market last week, so I believe a conversation(s) must be ongoing. I really don't believe WGR bought 800,000 shares to generate a return on cash they need for their own project.

    I'm actually a bit surprised there hasn't been more speculative buying off the back of WGR's purchase.
