    Not sure how that would work Valen. You elect in a member who says he has your interest at heart. How do you know he isn't a mole who secretly votes against you?

    the power of a secret ballot would enable the people to get more involved through the process of being able to lobby freely without hindrance to party constitutions

    Your member is Rudd, you lobby him to vote a certain way and he smiles and promises, you know he's fair dinkum. When he gets to Canberra someone else lobbies him and he welshes on you and votes the other way. How do you know?
