Do you know anything about construction? The only thing that is of decent construction is the framework....why?....because they have to build to certain regulations.
The interior and exterior facade are 99% aesthetics and 1% quality.
Wear and tear will see them become one ugly sight indeed.
Who will keep them up to date? The body corporate? I don't think so.
