agreed, but it’s been going on since day dot. banks will grave learned rom the biggies who fell a decade ago. it’s got to be easier these days for the bankers to get away with whatever they want....who the hell has the ability, political will or desire to get to the bottom of the current mess the global finances are in anyway?
