    I'm not defending them at all, however they have agreed to remediate the victims and are paying over $100m in fines. What do you think would be appropriate in the circumstances? Co-operating with investigations and compensating victims would seem to be mitigating factors for penalties, but I'm not a lawyer. How much mitigation is fair/appropriate idk.
