Baxter: fax it to them instead.......When ZI had my problem with Bankwest I tried sending in a complait via their disputes page..It took me ages to write..when I hit send ......I received an error message saying:
"It has been detected that the contents of this message could be harmfull to the bank"
No word of a lie...I thought is this a joke...and no that wasn't a typo..They actually had spelt "hamful" with two ll's...
I didn't swear or use any threatening language..just a written account....
