Have a Westpac Broking Account linked to eligible Westpac Bank account and as of yesterday I get the following error message whilst trying to place a trade.
Your order cannot be accepted for the following reasons:
The following CMT error occurred (9997): Your bank account is not showing as an eligible cash account. Please contact the Trading Room for more information. (5500).
Westpacs comments yesterday that it should be fixed as of yesterday afternoon and today I mow get the comment that they are woking on it (no timeframe).
Does anyone else have the same problem??
