cut them a bit of slack Frankm ..... they're just a poor struggling bank that aren't making enough year after year to afford decent quality control on their fakn CRITICAL SYSTEMS ..... maybe their fakn techs have to telecomute from fakn Bombay & now Westpac management know what their long suffering customers have to put up with ...... ie service from people u can't understand a word of what is being said
