Westpac Broking Service
I would like to formerly complain that the continuity of service provided by Westpac Broking has failed again which, especially in this current market situation of such high volatility, has cost me time and money. As a result of this I am therefore seriously considering not only changing my broking account but also my banking accounts from Westpac to another institution such as CBA or National. For now they are offering cheaper services of better quality and reliability. I see this to be the only positive action for me to take at this moment, for you current service is unacceptable to my needs.
Please acknowledge my comments.
