You keep your position in the Q. I usually amend the volume by a couple of shares which resets the expiry.
The other day i got 60 000 shares out of 500 000 and the order was due to expire on that day.
I didn't check to see if i got them as i didn't think i would.
Order expired on me.
Thats what happens if you don't pay enough attention to orders.
