    Recent buying activity since 15/12/04 now means that Westpac has become a substantial shareholder in Commander. Also note that the consensus forecast earnings for 30/06/06 on EPS of 21.0 gives a PE of around 11.3 so at the current price it is reasonably inexpensive.
