Although your prosaic way of posting is a little difficult to follow sometimes, I think the core of your argument is spot on. The document reveals nothing, ansolutely nothing which will be of benefit to ERG shareholders. We are being asked (told) to give up everything we have invested to line Saville's pockets, or else, we've been advised, the whole company will go down. Frankly, I can't see Saville allowing that, as he'd lose pretty much his entire investment. One thing I'm sure we can all agree on -

HENSON MUST BE SACKED.

I WILL VOTE NO ON ALL PROPOSALS - I WOULD RATHER LOSE MY INVESTMENT THAN GIVE IT AWAY TO SAVILLE.
