I believe that there is a serious risk of a class action evolving over this fiasco.
Mist importantly WBC knew about this and was trying front run this by doing a capital raising whilst its share price was higher.
The $2.5b raise was regarded as large given the underlying financial purpose of the rise.
Given this and under quizzing fr the financial community WBC said it was to crate a buffer against "potential regulatory or litigation action".
And bingo what happened!!!!
I believe that there is a serious risk of a class action...
