They also seem to have a slight delay on various info as opposed to the usual live stuff, which i find quite annoying. When i rang and complained about the site going down between 3.55 and 4.15 yesterday arvo, the operator said techies were running everywhere trying to fix things, i said thats no excuse, if you want to be a broker things like this are just unacceptable.
