    Yep, both the web and mobile platforms have been down since 9am or so.

    You have to call the admin team (takes about 5-10 mins to connect and then to verify your security information. They then have to confirm 3 times before calling a broker to enter a manual order which will take another 5-10 mins to set up.

    Even the staff's online system is down and have no idea what orders you have, what is in your portfolio, etc.

    Reminds me when Westpac Brokerage went down from Jan 31-Feb 3, 2015 (last year) and looks like whatever upgrades or changes made over the weekend have crashed the system again !
