    A vote is a vote and the MPIF holders are entitled to their vote.I would prefer a smooth negotiation so all parties are happy.The possible winding up would be on MDIF only.You would have to say that Brookfields will act/negotiate with plan B within the next 3 months.You would have to say if they come to agreement in 6 months the shares would be trading closer to NTA.
