Investors may be interested to know

MPIF ORDINARY UNITS about 30 Million
belong to BAO (they currently have no Value
apart fom voting rights ??)

MPIF INCOME UNITS are divided into 2 categorys about 52 Million

Direct Income Units issued to direct investors

Indirect income units issued to administration services

Now after the 2008 Fnancial years large sale of Income units

About 18 Million were redeemed in the 2009 Financial year

What was the relationship between the new 2008 assets
and the large redemtions in the 2009 year ???

Who were the plus $50 million worth of assets prchased from ???

I could go on but im am sure you get the drift
the 2008 Financial year trasactions should be investigated
by Unitholders or some responsible body

It may be worth unitholders getting an Accountant to review the accounts
of MPIF as they relate to the BAO position

Is there a major BAO unitholder interested in an investigation ???
