One of the best pieces of investment advice is to be fearful when others are greedy and greedy when others are fearful.Investors are clearly fearful right now. The share prices of NAB, ANZ and Westpac are trading at prices that were last seen during the GFC. After the GFC the banks were solid performers with big dividends being dished out. Cant see big divvies any time soon, but when not if the economy starts to tick over with employment filling out, these organizations are like rabid dogs.
Markets are very forward looking and people far brighter than myself are constantly pricing in factors hour by hour....my point , you just dont know when things will take off...by the time you wake up, you end up trying to chase..
