But, together with Westpac's Multiple Money Laundering charges before Federal Court brought by Financial Regulator ASIC then its a guessing game as to WBC's Credit Rating being AA?
IMO, just one more piece of evidence that Westpac's Policy of Self-Assessment of Self-Regulation is NOT working in best interests of customers or shareholders.
