Happy birthday Swap,your contributions have influenced my attitude to holding and I think that GR will get as right as anyone can.I Still think that the US properties will end up back there and centro will exist as a shadow of its former self ,but it will survive and the SP will recover.A numberof events illustrate to me how widely hotcopper is read.I know that the former CEO was an avid reader and GR along with all the journo's all read it as well the info including the "leaked" proposal from JLL confirms this.
