Westpac sells Zip stake
William McInnes
Westpac has sold its 10.7 per cent stake in Zip Co. by way of a full underwritten book build to institutional investors.
The offer price for the shares was $6.65 a share, at a 6.1 per cent discount to their October 21 close of $7.08.
