    I received a letter from Westpac Bank (no longer use Westpac Broking) at the end of December that there would be "big changes" to my accounts and Internet banking taking place in January. As they didnt spell out what, I waited with bated breath......and nothing had happened...yet. Maybe its happening now? And the "big changes" are that they are going to majorly stuff everything up?
