Westpac settlement stuff up, page-2

Yup... They took over 50,000 extra out of my account.... Only problem is there was only 20 cents in my cash management account

The bank side doesn't want to know about it... As in... It's my fault and they've hit me with fees. Not to mention the black mark when they dishonor them,,,, and the broking side, while they were apologetic and very helpful I got the feeling they didn't have a clue and were melting down in the office. I had to dump additional shares to cover tomorrows settlement, so I'm kinda pissed with them. And to rub salt into the wound, I'm overseas at the moment and have two hours of roaming telephone bills trying to resolve it

50k average times say 10,000 clients = 500 million extra for them to play with in the overnight money market. I want my phone bill paid!
