They did it to me yesterday.
I emailed them but as you say, the bank fees will need covering.
Embarrassing.
Soon as I am back in Aust, I am leaving Westoac Broking too. Their fees are crazy, especially when you don't use the bank for settlement.
And I was one of their first customers in what must have been around 1999 ish.
