Ave LVR on a homeloan is 70% so the 87% which mind you I still havent seen any proof prob allows for mortgage insuurance capitalisation so then movs it to 90%.
and interest rates are still at lows not seen for 60 years and still can get 6% and nowhere near the 9% some 12 months ago.
