anz cut the divi so they dont have to raise cash for bad debt provisions etc the saving from putting out 25% less cash to shareholders will be put towards those provisions
wbc have already had their raising so should not need to cut
if they do cut the divi, something is wrong here(unless they really want to go safe)
they are in a stronger position then anz, wbc have raised $'s and dont suffer from as much bad debt as anz
so cutting the divi, imo, should not happen
holding at current level is probable
increasing is unlikely but still a small possibility
