My platform (iress viewpoint) has Westpac dividend yield @ 6.71%. (So 6.66% sounds ridiculous!) The platform is via Amscot and in the 15 years I've been with them they would never allow the problems as you relate above go without immediate attention. I would be complaing like mad to Westpac if I were you!
