Hi all just wondering if anyone else is still having issues with the Westpac Platform? here is what I have had occur on at least 3 occassions
I had sells prepared in case for HTX & JPR, I executed the JPR however the HTX order went through instead. How do I know that I didnt push the wrong button? The HTX order was still sitting there in the browser.
This is the 3rd time something similar has happened, fortunately looks like to my favour and will pick up again cheaper but was not the intent. I am going to have to change brokers by the looks as this is just not good enough. I assume it is a flaw in the deal desk somehow or would it be a browser issue? "Firefox"
I have sent an email to WBC I.T. dept as last time I discussed over a phone call but guess I would get a better response from a written complaint.
