I reckon Westpac and other like minded companies should be replacing senior management and Board members with cheaper overseas labour. God knows there are thousands capable of doing the job that some of these overpaid Board members and senior management are paid. Then with the millions that are saved they could employ more down the line workers so as to improve the ONE thing that these companies have forgot about that drives bottom line profits - SERVICE
