Yes I do understand the rationale. The R.B.A. have been running scared for 2 years. The two speed economy, the resources boom. They raised interest rates too fast and sent the economy into stagnation. The cost of credit spreads through the entire economy not just home owners. This cut will not be the last, confidence has taken a battering. We have the worst old style head of the R.B.A and the worst excuse for a federal Government at the same time. Get rid of both of them and confidence will return.
