I trade with ANZ and whilst they have had troubles over the year they have never had that type of trouble that I know of.
That is pretty scary if you are getting debited unexpectedly.
Perhaps they have been hacked?
Most of the banks have been hacked at some time or another but manage to keep it quiet.
Imagine the run on the bank if they announced they had been hacked.

You could be right All4One but sadly I think it is down to incompetence of the system & staff numbers/training/attitude???? Who knows.... shouldnt have put up with this for so long. Thanks for your thoughts & it is good to know that this hasn't happened with ANZ.
