They don't seem to like publically announcing they are having problems the fact there is a message when you try to log in is a big step as for years there would be nothing. I think they think if they use social media they will get a barrage of abuse and it will damage their brand. I complained about this and told them that people vent there frustration online anyway eg Hot Copper. I find when you remind them how much negativity is being placed online they start being more attentive. I have gone to the westpac banking page and vented before. Do it! As this is what they hate more than anything.
