Do not trust westpac share/stock trading platforms. They have only show you limited info, only info in the main website in accurate, if you by chance were seeking outstanding orders information, only a certain type would come up on your mobile device or phone, Not knowing this has cost me almost 6k and it was westpac who wanted me to have this app. Who would develop such crap, What should I do, I have raised a formal complaint with the bank direct, but if I am only entitled to certain information when other things are happening in the background such as manage orders, outstanding orders, executed orders and I suffer financial loss due to this. What do I do, or is there anything I can do? Thank you for any help.
Now I am really seeking a better bank and platform, as well as compensation from the bank. "Good luck there" I know.
