I was studying the pattern of RCR script sale by Westpac and PPT. Westpac has sold their stake very recently at the lowest price @1.20. Why would an institutional holder will sell their stake so low unless they have bleak future? Results were not dramatic requiring them to sell so hard on this script!!

However, PPT at the same time is increasing their stake (now 10.98%) which is little comforting factor. Also their Directors are increasing stake. There is so much "information asymmetry"!!

Any thought on above analysis. Thanks guys.
